Child Safety Standards

WorkWorkWork strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behaviour that involves or promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Any content that sexualises minors or depicts them in a sexually suggestive manner.
• Grooming behaviour or attempts to solicit minors for sexual purposes.
• Links to third-party content that contains CSAE material.
• Any text, image, or communication that promotes, glorifies, or instructs on child sexual abuse.

WorkWorkWork is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our Service. During account creation, users authenticate through Google Sign-In, which provides age verification through the user’s Google account.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

• Proactive moderation: Job posts, messages, and uploaded images are subject to automated and manual review for policy violations.
• User reporting: Users can report any content or behaviour they believe violates our policies by contacting us at service@workworkwork.online.
• Immediate action: Any confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately. The offending account is permanently banned, and we preserve relevant records for law enforcement.
• Reporting to authorities: We report all confirmed or suspected CSAE activity to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law.

We regularly review and update our child safety practices to align with evolving best practices, legal requirements, and guidance from child protection organisations. All WorkWorkWork team members receive training on identifying and responding to potential CSAE content.
